The 5 Steps to Clarity & Action:
- F – Find What’s True:
- Pause and be honest: What are you truly feeling? What thoughts are yours, and what’s just outside noise or old habits? This step helps you find your authentic voice amidst the demands of leadership.
- O – Own Your Role:
- You can’t control everything that happens, but you can always control your reaction. This step is about taking real responsibility for your part in any situation, letting go of blame, and choosing how you will meet challenges.
- C – Choose What Matters:
- Hint: You matter. Prioritize based on what truly aligns with your goals and well-being, not just on what feels urgent or causes anxiety. This step guides you to focus on the 1-2 most important things that truly need your attention each day, often starting with supporting yourself.
- U – Use What You Have:
- You already possess strength, wisdom, and tools within you. This step encourages you to recognize and use what’s already available to you—your own voice, body, and breath. Every resource you have, big or small, is valuable.
- S – Show Up!:
- Confidence and self-esteem grow when you consistently show up for yourself. Take one small, aligned action right now. Don’t chase a huge breakthrough; aim for a steady rhythm. Consistent steps, even tiny ones, create powerful shifts over time. Celebrate your follow-through!
