I’m Zaje’ Brown Richardson, and my goal is to help leaders build strong inner foundations, improve their understanding of emotions, and develop good habits that lead to success for themselves and their companies.

My Journey to Happy Habits: Turning Hardship into Wisdom

My path to creating Happy Habits came from facing tough challenges. I’ve gone through times of being homeless, struggled with depression and a condition called PMDD, and top it off with dealing with business failures. These weren’t just hard times; they were powerful lessons that taught me a deep truth: our greatest strength comes from the small, consistent habits we create, and the inner wisdom we choose to listen to.

Through these experiences, along with a personal spiritual journey and a lot of dedicated study, I worked hard to understand how people become resilient, disciplined, and truly well. This wasn’t about quick fixes. It was about finding the basic rules that help people not just get by, but truly succeed, even when things are incredibly stressful. All this personal learning and research became the core ideas behind the Happy Habits method.

Happy Habits isn’t just another program. It’s a special system based on new research about how people behave, practical psychology, and timeless ideas about mastering yourself. My approach combines:
